Offer Terms

These are the terms for the free build offer, operated by EstimateElite LLC. Plain language, because the offer only works if you believe it. If anything here reads differently from the ad, this page is what we hold ourselves to.
What "done in 24 hours" means
Done means built and submitted, not approved. We build every piece and submit anything that needs a third party to approve it, inside 24 hours. Some approvals are not ours to give.
Specifically:
- Your website. Built and live on a link we give you, inside 24 hours. Pointing your own domain at it is a separate step, because domain changes can take up to 48 hours to spread across the internet and that part is not on our clock.
- Your Facebook and Instagram. Posts and profile content built and ready inside 24 hours. Publishing them to your accounts happens once you connect them to us, which we do on the follow up call.
- Your Google profile. We optimize what can be optimized and submit what needs submitting inside 24 hours. Google verification runs on Google's queue and can take weeks. We do not control it and we do not promise it. If you do not have a profile yet, we send you the steps to create one.
When the clock starts
The 24 hours starts when your photos and details land with us, not when you fill in the form. We collect them on one 15 minute call. If you send them at 2pm, we are done by 2pm the next day.
If we do not have what we need, the clock has not started. We will tell you clearly on that call what is outstanding.
The $500
If we miss the 24 hours on anything that is genuinely ours to deliver, as described above, we pay you $500. No form to fill in and no argument: tell us we were late and we pay.
The $500 does not apply where the delay is:
- a third party approval queue such as Google, Bing, Apple or Yelp verification;
- a domain change that has not finished spreading across the internet;
- waiting on photos, details or account access from you;
- you changing what you asked for after the clock started.
What it costs
The build is free. There is no setup fee and no charge for the work described above.
The software that runs it is $147 a month. That is the pre qualification tool that screens homeowners before they reach your phone, plus the lead pipeline and the hosting that keeps the site online. You are told the price before you are asked to pay anything, and you can say no and still keep what we built.
If you subscribe and later cancel, the hosted site goes offline, because we host it. You always own your domain, we never take it from you, and you can export your leads and take your photos and content with you.
Who this is for
Kitchen and bath remodelers in the United States. We build a limited number of these a week. If we are at capacity we will tell you on the call rather than start a clock we cannot beat.

When you send the form you agree to receive text messages from us about your build. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we stop. Reply HELP for help. We do not sell your number.
